Percutaneous Femoropopliteal Bypass: 2-Year Results of the DETOUR System
نویسندگان
چکیده
A multicenter, international PQ Bypass DETOUR study was performed between 2015 and 2017. Seventy-eight patients with 82 femoropopliteal (FP) arterial lesions were treated Torus stent grafts (PQ Bypass, Milpitas, Calif) through a transvenous route (chronic total occlusion, 96%; average occlusion length, 16 cm; lesion 37 cm). The technical success rate 96%. After 2 years of follow-up, major amputations had occurred in 1% deep vein thrombosis 3%. 2-year Kaplan-Meier primary secondary patency rates 80% 86%, respectively. system is safe effective percutaneous alternative to treat long, calcified, occlusive FP lesions, favorable results.

Percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy for treatment of acute femoropopliteal bypass occlusion
Acute and subacute ischemia of the legs in acute and subacute femoropopliteal bypass occlusion is a dramatic situation that endangers the survival of the limbs, depending on the severity of the ischemia. Different therapy options like percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy procedures, which include rotational thrombectomy, have become available in recent years, in addition to local lysis and surg...
متن کاملFemoropopliteal bypass vs percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting in treatment of peripheral artery diseases of infrainquinal segment - short-term results.
(Full text is available at http://www.manu.edu.mk/prilozi). Critical limb ischaemia is a result of occlusive arterial disease in the infrainquinal segment and is a major indication for arterial revascularization, which implies a femoropopliteal bypass procedure or an interventional procedure - stent graf notting of the occluded segment. Although indications for both techniques are clearly defin...

OBJECTIVES This study aimed to appraise 2-year outcomes after percutaneous treatment of femoropopliteal artery disease with paclitaxel-eluting balloons. BACKGROUND Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty with paclitaxel-eluting balloons for femoropopliteal artery disease has provided favorable 1-year results. METHODS Consecutive patients with Rutherford class 2 to 4 disease due to femoropopli...
